Refund Policy

1. General Policy

BeanHub is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Generally, all payments made for subscription plans are non-refundable. We provide a 14-day free trial period so you can evaluate our services before deciding to commit to a paid subscription.

2. Auto-Renewal and Free Trial Conversions

When you sign up for a free trial, you may be required to provide a valid payment method. Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of your 14-day free trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings in the web application app.beanhub.online. Upon cancellation, you will still retain access to BeanHub services until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused parts of the month or year.

3. Exceptions

In extremely rare cases, refunds may be considered at our absolute discretion if any of the following conditions occur:

• A technical billing error caused by our system or our payment partner resulted in double billing or improper charges.
• BeanHub services experienced a total disruption for more than 72 consecutive hours that prevented you from using core platform features.
• It is specifically regulated in a custom service level agreement (SLA) for Enterprise plan customers.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the exceptions above, you must contact our support team no later than 7 (seven) days from the date of the transaction. You can send an email to support@beanhub.online including proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days. The final decision regarding the approval of a refund is entirely the prerogative of PT Roastery Manajemen Teknologi.

5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to change, modify, or revise this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be announced on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
