1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the BeanHub platform (including the web application app.beanhub.online), you legally bind yourself to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are not allowed to use our services.

2. Account & User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
You guarantee that the roastery/company information you register is accurate and legally valid.
BeanHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts indicated to be abusing the platform or violating the law.

3. Free Trial Period (14 Days)

BeanHub provides a free trial period for 14 (fourteen) days without requiring a credit card. After the trial period ends, you can choose a subscription plan (*Micro*, *Scaling*, or *Enterprise*) to continue full operational access.

4. Payment & Subscription Cancellation

Subscription billing is done periodically (monthly or annually according to the chosen plan).
You can cancel or change your subscription plan at any time from your account settings without any cancellation penalties.
Confirmed payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in a custom *Enterprise* license agreement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the software, the "BeanHub" trademark, interface design, logo, and source code are the exclusive property of PT Roastery Manajemen Teknologi. The content of stock data, roast curve profiles, and cupping notes that you upload remain entirely yours.

6. DMCA Copyright Policy

BeanHub respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with a formal takedown notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BEANHUB PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BEANHUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BeanHub and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform.

10. Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, in English, in accordance with the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") then in effect. You and BeanHub agree that any claims will be adjudicated on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or other joint action lawsuit.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or official announcements within the web application. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
